Digital Workplace

One workplace. Every way your team actually works.

Teams, voice, meeting rooms, and Microsoft 365, connected and managed as one system, so your team collaborates the same way whether they're remote, hybrid, or in the office.

THE DEFINITION

What is a digital workplace?

A digital workplace is the set of tools your people use to talk to each other and get work done, chat, calls, meetings, files, and the rooms they walk into, run as one connected system instead of six that were bought separately.

The test is simple. If someone can start a call on their phone, walk into a conference room, and keep going without touching a cable or filing a ticket, you have one. If they can't, you have a collection of tools.

  1. 01

    Microsoft 365 and Teams

Chat, meetings, files, and the security settings underneath them.

  2. 02

    Voice and contact center

Phone numbers, call routing, and customer-facing queues on a managed platform.

  3. 03

    Meeting rooms

Displays, cameras, microphones, and control systems that start a call with one tap.

  4. 04

    Support for all of it

One service desk that owns the whole stack instead of pointing at a vendor.

THE LICENSE PILE

Why does the tool sprawl keep happening?

Because every one of those tools solved a real problem on the day it was bought. Someone needed a way to run webinars, someone needed file sharing that worked outside the firewall, someone needed a phone system that didn't live in a closet. Each purchase made sense on its own.

Then the bill arrives with four overlapping licenses on it, the same document lives in three places, and nobody can say which app is the official one for anything. Meanwhile IT is supporting all of it.

WHERE WE START

We map what's actually in use, not what's on the license list. Usually a few things get consolidated, one or two get retired, and the rest get connected properly.

AFTER THE ROLLOUT

How do you get people to actually use it?

By deciding what "using it" means before rollout, then measuring it.

Adoption isn't a launch email. It's picking the handful of behaviors that matter for your business, training against those specifically, and checking the usage data three months later to see whether it stuck. When it hasn't, we find out why, which is usually that the new way is slower than the old way for someone whose job nobody asked about.

We build the change plan alongside the technical one. They ship together.

CONTROLS THAT STICK

How do you keep collaboration secure without making it annoying?

By setting the controls at the data, not at the person.

Classify what's sensitive, protect it wherever it travels, and match access to the role someone actually holds. Do that well and the security is largely invisible to the people doing normal work, and firm for the things that matter. Do it by locking everything down and your team will find a workaround by Thursday, usually one that involves a personal account.

Our collaboration and security practices are the same bench, which is why Microsoft 365 and Azure security shows up in these conversations early rather than as a cleanup project later.

WHO THIS IS BUILT FOR

More locations than your IT team can stand in

Companies with a few hundred to a few thousand people, a Microsoft-centric stack, and more locations than the IT team can be physically present at. Multi-site manufacturers, financial services firms with branches, law firms with remote attorneys, and professional services teams who live in Teams all day.

If your entire company sits in one office and uses one app, you don't need us for this.

We'll map what you're running, what's overlapping, and what it's costing you.

QUESTIONS WE GET FIRST

Before the assessment

What does a digital workplace assessment cover?+

We inventory what your people actually use, compare it to what you're licensed for, and find the overlaps and the gaps. You get a picture of current-state usage, where money is going to unused licenses, which tools duplicate each other, and a sequenced plan for consolidating. It usually pays for itself in the license line alone.

Can you support Zoom, Cisco, or Google alongside Microsoft?+

Yes. We're Microsoft-first because most of our clients are, but meeting rooms in particular tend to be mixed, and we design and support rooms that run Teams, Zoom, Cisco, Neat, and Poly hardware. We'd rather connect what you have than sell you a rip and replace you didn't need.

What is UCaaS, and what is CCaaS?+

Unified communications as a service (UCaaS) means your phone system, video, and chat run as a cloud service instead of hardware you maintain. Contact center as a service (CCaaS) does the same for customer-facing queues, routing, and agent tools. Most companies need both, and they work better bought together than separately.

How long does a Microsoft 365 or Teams rollout take?+

It depends on how many people, how many sites, and how much has to migrate from an older system. A single-site move is measured in weeks. A multi-site voice migration with number porting takes longer, mostly because carriers set that pace, not us. We'll give you a real timeline after the assessment rather than a number now.

What happens after the project is done?+

We run it if you want us to. Our service desk supports the whole environment, which means when a call drops or a room won't connect, the person who picks up already knows how your setup is put together.

How do you measure whether adoption worked?+

Against the behaviors we agreed on before rollout. Usually that's things like meetings running on the new platform, calls staying inside it rather than going to mobile, and files living in the shared workspace instead of email attachments. We check at 30, 60, and 90 days and adjust the training where the numbers say people didn't come along.

Thirty minutes with an engineer who has untangled this before. You'll see what's actually in use, what overlaps, and what it costs to keep both.
